- 3 to 4 cups Texas Red Grapefruit
- 1 cup prepared strawberry glaze
- 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
- Whipped cream
Peel and section grapefruit, drain well using paper towels to absorb all juice.
Carefully fold sections into strawberry glaze.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until firm.
Top with whipped cream.
