- 1 Tb tapioca flour,
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 Tb grapefruit zest,
- ¼ cup grapefruit juice,
- Almond milk, added if needed to thin,
- Oil or ghee for skillet.
